No Ties Agreements

We offer a straight forward “No Ties” solution with all of our IT Support Agreements.

Why should you be forced to stay with your IT vendor for a whole year?  What incentive does it give them to provide the full service if you are contractually tied to the vendor?  If you leave early will there be large penalties or legal battles?

Don’t worry, with us all of our IT support services work on a rolling month by month agreement, with just a 30 day cancellation period and absolutely no penalties.

The only exception to this rule is if you opt to receive any discount for signing into a longer period, because these discounts are only valid if you complete the whole term agreed.  This does not however waiver your right to cancel with just 30 days notice.
