You don't have to pay a monthly or annual fee to benefit from any of our support services. Our "Pay as You Go" (PAYG) service couldn't be simpler; if you have an IT related issue that you need help with just call our Support Line on 0845 65 22 438 or pop into our offices on Broadstairs High Street.
All of us at Auratek also strongly believe that you should not pay for something you have not had. This belief has led to our pricing structure being based on a 15 minute unit, with no excessive callout fees. This means that our customers do not pay for a whole hour when our engineers have only done 5 minutes worth of work.
