No Fix No Fee

All of us at Auratek strongly believe that you should not pay for something you have not had; this is why we introduced our “No Fix No Fee” guarantee.

Our engineers will do everything in their power to fix the fault you have reported, but sometimes the resolution is just too costly to be undertaken.

If you use any of our "Pay As You Go" services and we cannot fix the fault you have reported, you will not be billed for any labour or travel.

Any hardware or software purchased during the diagnostics will still be charged for.
Travel will be refunded up to a maximum of 100 miles.
