Pay Monthly
In order to make sure we provide you with the best and most up to date services, we are constantly designing new and improved ideas to help save you money.
In addition to the Panther service for our Pay Monthly (PM) customers, we now offer a "Pay Monthly Unlimited" (PM-U) service. This works exactly how it’s described in the name, all Workshop, Telephone, Remote, On-site and even travel* is unlimited. Allowing you to plan your next months IT budget with confidence that there will not be any labour charges.
Just like our PM Service there are no ties attached, our PM-U is still a month by month rolling contract.
An initial site survey is required to make sure your systems have no major faults and are suitable for our remote support services. Once this free of charge site survey has been completed a monthly payment via direct debit will entitle your company to all Auratek can offer.
