Pay Monthly - Unlimited
Our unique ‘Pay Monthly - Unlimited’ service releases our customers from the tie-in’s required by most service providers, whilst providing unlimited Labour and Pro-Active support.
Our agreement is a month by month rolling contract rather than the industry standard of 12 months. We have chosen this style of agreement to show that we have faith in our services, because if we don’t provide a good service, you are free to find alternate support without any penalties.
No Ties Support Agreements
All of our support agreements are on a rolling month by month basis, with no long term commitments. Any of our agreements can be ended with at least 30 days’ notice and no penalties will be incurred.
Pro-Active Support
We offer an enterprise class Pro-Active support service to all of our Pay Monthly (PM) customers, whether you are a Small Business or a Home user.
This service allows us to be one step ahead of your computer systems, by alerting us to any potential issues before you’re aware of them and even by resolving the problems automatically, where possible.
Our Price Promise
If you find a similar support service from any Microsoft Small Business, Certified or Gold partner cheaper than ours we will match the price, without reducing our level of service.
